Drills focus on game-like situations at maximum pace and with maximum repetitions, generating hundreds of shots per practice. And our smaller surface enhances intensity, forces faster decision making and improves quickness in shots, creating an incomparable environment for goalies.
Micro Ice teams play in the VHL – a league with the most teams ensuring truly balanced divisional parody so teams consistently play other teams of like skill-level and competition.
Plus, included in Micro Ice team tuition for goalies are weekly lessons run by GDS Elite Goaltending – one of the area’s premier goaltending development programs who just so happen to be located within our facility.
